I know we have probably filled you by this stage and can’t eat another thing. At this point I would like to introduce my wife, Kerrin Pitarelli.

Kerrin has worked in 5 Star Hotels and fine dine Restaurants in Sydney. She has also spent a bit of time in Michelin Star restaurants in the UK as a pastry chef... so your

taste buds are about to sing a very sweet tune.

Our menu selection might look simple, but looks can be deceiving. Kerrin has made everything on this menu from scratch and we only buy raw ingredients.

Also keep in mind that the best thing about eating at a Caruso’s dining experience is that you don’t have to eat for 3 days after it.
