Wow, where did the summer go? it's officially fall and Thanksgiving will be here beforewe know it!

As our team continues to ramp up their efforts the next couple of months, I'mreminded of an article that one of our teammates wrote for the NAHRI Journal,Communication for Effective Leadership. As the leader of this organization, it is key forme to be the best possible listener and communicator that I can be in order to serve myteammates, as well as our clients.

We will continue to find the unfindable candidates and provide our clientele with theconsummate candidates for open, critical and hard-to-recruit-positions. If you aregearing up to manage your own hiring demand, we are here to help. The Indianapolis Business Journal Power BreakfastSeries - Health Care / Benefits was held at the JWMarriott Indianapolis in late September. What a greatexperience to be around such interesting people andlearn about the important topics plaguing ourcommunity.

I was asked to lead two panels of female healthcareleaders at the National Association of Healthcare

Revenue Integrity Symposium in Orlando, Florida. Thosepanels were related to retaining your best talent anddiscussing personal successes and leadership withrevenue cycle leaders across the US. Thank you toAngela Walker, Nicole Harper, Marijane Armbruster, andPatti Medvescek on your participation on the panel andsharing your success as a woman in leadership.

In October, we announced that we haveexpanded our services to includephysician recruitment. We know there isa continuing growing need in healthcare.This continues to demonstrate ourcommitment to our community to keepthis work local. Our firm continues to focus to ensure we can keep this work locally inIndiana to find physicians for growing practices as well as health systems to support thedemands of their growth
