Workforce Project has informed the development

of the Regional Toolkit.

Making Every Contact Count is an SHA Cluster Ambition – a

‘must do’ for all NHS Provider

Organisations

All NHS Providers will have to report quarterly to the SHA on

progress

Pathfinder Trust for

Making Every Staff Contact Count

• Funding bid to NHS West Midlands and East –experience of working on MECC agenda

• One year project

• A whole system approach to tackling sickness and absence

• Using a variety of prevention methods

• 500 staff signed up to the Prevention Plan website (a must do)

• Monies only used for staff health and wellbeing

• Closely monitored
