What is Deposit Guarantee
• Deposit Guarantee is a unique product that offers tenants a reprieve from having to pay large rental deposits.
• This is done by offering a credit guarantee for 2-thirds of the deposit, in return we charge the tenant an affordable monthly service fee (5% of the rental)
• (the tenant only receives the original third deposit paid when their lease ends)
