Where there is sidewalk missing there will be new curb and sidewalk added except south of Grace Ave. on the east side of market where curb only is proposed. The ro section will provide a 43' wide paved surface that will contain two 11' travel lanes and a two way left turn lane with 5' bike lanes on each side. A fiber optic cable will be installed in an existing conduit which will connect the Farwell & Market signal with the Spokane Regional Transportation Management Center for monitoring and control of the signal. Stormwater treatment will be added where Spokane County standards require treatment.

Improve Chase Road from Mission to the public cul-de-sac by paving a 26' strip with gravel shoulders with minimum 2" HMA over 2" CSBC. Pave driveway approaches to the right-of-way line. Two new approaches need to be built if owner obtains approach permit, provides culvert if needed, roughs in driveway on the property, and executes an agreement to allow work on private property to construct the approach. Paved approach from north end of cul-de-sac onto Chase Lane is needed. Stabilization of embankment at south end and west side of project will be necessary.
