PROGRESS OF PULSE PRODUCTION SCHEMES

All the pulse production schemes are implemented for

promotion of summer moong.

Under Seed Village Scheme 100 villages shall be covered

during 2011-12 for the production of quality seed. During

2010-11 the no. of villages was 64.

REQUIREMENT OF ADDITIONAL FUNDS

Five units under A3P may be allocated for the

promotion of summer moong for the year 2011-12

A sum of Rs. 2.73 crore is required for this purpose.
