Fast Forward – business development contest

Duration: 11 weeks

Start date: October 8th , 2020

Effort level: team work

Prize: Ipad for the winning team members

Kindle for the Runners up

Teams requirement: 5 people

End date: December 20th , 2020

1. The Concept


I. Teams should be cross functional and can include changes in the first week

II. You cannot change teams during the game

III. All target activities (ie meetings and proposals) shall be registered in O2E. Only these activities will be eligible for points winning. Team assistants can enter the activities for you.

IV. Eligible targets shall be set October 16th by each team. There can be only one change per target after this date.

V. Each team shall have maximum 4 targets.

VI. Weekly scoring snapshots will be tracked by Cristina Ouatu (from audit) or Manoiu Alexandra (from tax) and will be visible to all teams

Legend*Points are granted for introduction of other function or audit advisory team by having a meeting**Points are granted for each function present in the meeting

*** Proposal refers to any proposal proposed by the team (tax, FAS, legal, consulting, audit advisory)

3. The Points


You can invite any colleagues from any function to attend meetings.

In regional offices, Managers or Senior Managers will lead the team

Each team can change all 4 targets during the game only once (you can have a maximum #8 targets during the game)

Each team can tailor and define it’s own team name be 18th October

Any change in the team or targets shall be communicated timely to Cristina Ouatu (from audit) or Alexandra Manoiu (from tax)

Available resources - Partner and Directors from tax will be available to attend your target meetings upon request ( see slide Available resources – Tax Partners and Directors)

myOpportunities mobile application usage is encouraged

Cross function sale bonus scheme is applicable and encouraged

Weekly scoring snapshots will be shared weekly on Friday to the teams and “Screen savers “ will be available in visible location in our office
