10. Important information – please read carefully

1. It is vital that you brief your local personnel fully to avoid any misunderstanding..
2. Dell’s local business units are not able to offer you any speaking opportunities.
3. At the 12 locations with demo area, you will find your booth panel with logo and a strapline (same look & feel for all).
4. You may bring collaterals to the event (please do not ship these to our central warehouse as they WILL NOT be packed in your flight case).
5. Hardware can go on the truck with pre-arrangement and by emailing [email protected]
6. Please note that we only permit Dell equipment at our shows. You may request a laptop (Latitude or similar) & display (free of charge) from Dell for your presentations at your booth.
7. If you have any other requirements please let us know such that we can check feasibility and extra cost (it applicable).
8. No pop-up panels are accepted.
9. Any travel & accommodation must be booked and organized by yourself. We are happy to refer you to the nearest hotels to the tour stops should you need this.
10. Please start to allocate your personnel resources for each location.
11. You will shortly be receiving a URL for partner information and registration where you will find ongoing updates and other useful information.
