Connect your crew out in the field, for scheduled works data capture and service requests. With the on-board database they can proactively address and respond to situations as they happen. Operating in real-time on-line, data is uploaded to the Administration Management Console or, if off-line, stored on the device.

Use the console & client toolkit for full configuration of the Field Application Software, including page design and business driven workflow management in both online and offline modes. After engaging fieldGO to simplify the reading of 600 water meters using electronic entry, Waitaki District Council will now use the software to track roading work.
With proven fiscal results from automation across water assets the council plans to use the fieldGO software to increase the visibility of its roading contracts.
It’s contractor SouthRoads will share inspection and repair data as it undertakes each job. The council will be able to monitor roading budget spend in real-time, as the SouthRoads completes its bulk funded schedule of projects.
Council managers will also be able to identify problem areas, make rational decisions about maintenance and replacement and have up-to-date job status reports available to keep the public informed about track levels of service.
Frankston City Council extends mobile data from trees to roads Frankston City Council
Frankston City Council has implemented a mandate to improve the accuracy and quality of its asset information by going mobile.
Tree specialists now locate trees for inspection using GIS on the fieldGO software. New plantings are logged and delivered into the council’s Hansen asset management system accurately. Consistent data is guaranteed as the cataloguing process requires relevant attribution for each tree, such as its genus and species, to be entered online.
While on site, tree staff generate additional work orders to schedule other tasks that come light.
Based on the successful implementation of fieldGO for tree works, the council is now using the software for roads, dispatching roading gangs to jobs, with location and details available on hand-held devices.
Workers can log road inspections and create work orders for further maintenance from each location.

SouthRoads rolls out fieldGO across the business Client: SouthRoads
South Island civil contractor SouthRoads has extended its application of the fieldGO software with a new market leading Contract Management Solution (G2) to include ‘live’ customer interaction.
Initially the software was used to dispatch roading jobs and to capture inspection and repair data for its Waitaki District Council network contract.
Extending the usage of this industry leading solution to incorporate all jobs in real time across the region means information is now available for viewing both internally and by Waitaki District Council staff. Both SouthRoads and Council staff can view, report and approve jobs in real time – creating significant contract management efficiencies and promoting closer ties between the businesses.
SouthRoads is using the G2 platform across all operations, including civil engineering, construction and repair projects. A further extension is planned to complete the quotation aspect, which will be used for contract and tender processes. This will include a full pricing engine to support the pricing of scheduled items and materials. The software will then be used to automatically create monthly work for an entire financial year – streamlining the administration of bulk funded contracts, quality assurance and health and safety.
