Contest under the 'Read to Lead’ initiative

by the Times of India and was placed

among the top 10% of all participants

across the nation. He has been granted the

Platinum Certificate and a scholarship

amounting between two to three lakh

rupees. Times Spark programme aims to

identify children across India who excel at a

wide range of fields, like current affairs,

social issues, global developments etc. The

span of this competition was three months,

with over two lakh participants from all over

the country.

The culmination of the Astronomy and Space Sciences Club activities for the year 2017-18 took place on Astronomy Day. 237 members of the club showcased their year long learning through various activities like making their own comet and raters;sharing information about sundial, telescope, planisphere etc.; games like meteor attack, ring the planet etc. along with quiz .They also launched hydrorockets.
