Creating Your online street Art Guide….
• Your images need to be uploaded• Your chosen images needs to be edited
(cropped, contrast & brightness)• You need to describe the image your
images e.g. what is the purpose / the category / how was it made, legal status etc
David Bowie Painting
• This is a painted realistic mural of the late David Bowie found in Stevenage Square.
• It was created to commemorate his music after his death.
• I would class this work as street art not graffiti as it is trying to communicate to passers by that Bowie was a musical genius.
• You can tell it is a legal piece of street art as is was commissioned by OUTHOUSEMCR who have commissioned several pieces of art in the Northern Quarter to attract tourists and make the area look more creative..
