If there are any differences in the interpretation of the two languag-es in this document, the German version takes precedence. For documents issued in English and other foreign languages, the Eng-lish version takes precedence.

The authority for using the STANDARD 100 by OEKO‑TEX® mark "OEKO‑TEX® CONFIDENCE IN TEXTILES – STANDARD 100 – Tes-ted for harmful substances“ is restricted to the applicant. Use of the mark presupposes a test report from an institute of the "Internation-al Association for Research and Testing in the field of Textile and Leather Ecology" (OEKO‑TEX®) certifying the authorisation as well as issue of the following declaration.

Kewenangan untuk menggunakan tanda STANDARD 100 by Oeko-Tex® "OEKO‑TEX® TERPERCAYA DALAM TEKSTIL - STANDARD 100 - Telah teruji terhadap zat berbahaya" dibatasi untuk pemo-hon. Penggunaan tanda dianggap sebagai penerimaan laporan pengujian dari sebuah lembaga dari "Asosiasi Internasional untuk Penelitian dan Pengujian di bidang Ekologi Tekstil dan Kulit "(Oeko-Tex®) yang mensertifikasi otorisasi serta mengeluarkan deklarasi berikut.

1 Quality control Pengawasan Mutu

We have described to one of the testing institutes of the Internation-al Association for Research and Testing in the Field of Textile and Leather Ecology the precautionary measures taken within the com-pany to ensure that all products manufactured and/or sold for which authorisation to use the mark "OEKO‑TEX® CONFIDENCE IN TEXTILES – STANDARD 100 – Tested for harmful substances“ has been granted do fulfil the conditions and criteria (depending on re-quested certification either according to Appendix 4 or according to Appendix 6) of the STANDARD 100 by OEKO‑TEX® in the same way as the samples that have been sent to the institute, and based on those tests the authorisation has been granted.

Kami telah menjelaskan kepada salah satu lembaga pengujian dari Asosiasi Internasional untuk Penelitian dan Pengujian di Bidang Eko-logi Tekstil dan Kulit mengenai tindakan pencegahan yang diambil dalam perusahaan untuk memastikan bahwa semua produk yang diproduksi dan/atau dijual untuk otorisasi penggunaan tanda " OEKO‑TEX® TERPERCAYA DALAM TEKSTIL - STANDARD 100 - Te-lah teruji terhadap zat berbahaya" telah diberikan untuk memenuhi persyaratan dan kriteria (tergantung pada sertifikasi yang diminta baik itu sesuai dengan Lampiran 4 atau sesuai dengan Lampiran 6) dari STANDARD 100 by OEKO‑TEX® dengan cara yang sama de-ngan contoh yang telah dikirim ke lembaga dan berdasarkan peng-ujian tersebut dimana otorisasi diberikan.

2 Quality assurance Jaminan mutu

To ensure the conformity of the products manufactured with the sample material and/or sold we operate an effective quality assur-ance system and shall maintain it for the whole period of use of the mark "OEKO‑TEX® CONFIDENCE IN TEXTILES – STANDARD 100 – Tested for harmful substances“, thereby ensuring and proving to the OEKO‑TEX® institute that the products from different processing batches or from different colours are spot‑checked for compliance with the STANDARD 100 by OEKO‑TEX® conditions and criteria (depending on requested certification either according to Appendix 4 or according to Appendix 6) and as circumstances require are spot‑checked for leather components, perhaps present in the certified article too, for compliance with the requirements of the then co‑applicable LEATHER STANDARD by OEKO‑TEX®. Tests can be carried out at our works or at one of the OEKO‑TEX® insti-tutes.

Untuk memastikan kesesuaian produk yang dibuat dengan bahan contoh dan/atau dijual, kami mengoperasikan sebuah sistem jamin-an kualitas yang efektif dan akan mempertahankannya selama pe-riode penggunaan tanda "OEKO‑TEX® TERPERCAYA DALAM TEKS-TIL ‑ STANDARD 100 ‑ Telah teruji terhadap zat berbahaya ", se-hingga dapat memastikan dan membuktikan kepada lembaga OEKO‑TEX® bahwa produk dari proses pengolahan atau warna yang berbeda diperiksa untuk memenuhi persyaratan dan kriteria STANDARD 100 by OEKO‑TEX® (tergantung pada sertifikasi yang diminta baik itu sesuai dengan Lampiran 4 atau sesuai dengan Lampiran 6) dan jika keaadaan membutuhkan pemeriksaan untuk komponen kulit yang mungkin dipakai juga dalam artikel yang ter-sertifikasi, untuk memenuhi persyaratan yang berlaku dari LEATH-ER STANDARD by OEKO‑TEX®. Pengujian dapat dilakukan di tem-pat kami atau di salah satu lembaga OEKO‑TEX ®.

Moreover we accept that the institute granting authorisation for use of the mark "OEKO‑TEX® CONFIDENCE IN TEXTILES – STANDARD 100 – Tested for harmful substances“ is authorized to carry out ran-dom tests on each product under application in accordance with the original type twice a year until we indicate to the institute of OEKO‑TEX® that production and/or sale has been discontinued and the mark "OEKO‑TEX® CONFIDENCE IN TEXTILES – STAND-ARD 100 – Tested for harmful substances“ is no longer used. The costs of testing are charged to us. If random testing reveals a devia-tion from the limit values on which the tests are based, an addition-al test shall be carried out on a different sample for the purpose of checking, and the relevant costs are likewise charged to us. If fur-ther deviations are found, the OEKO‑TEX® institute responsible for the granting of the authorisation may withdraw the authorisation to mark the product with the label "OEKO‑TEX® CONFIDENCE IN TEX-TILES – STANDARD 100 – Tested for harmful substances“ with im-mediate effect. The use of existing advertising materials, displays, labels, etc. is limited to two months from the time of withdrawal.

Lebih lanjut kami menerima bahwa lembaga pemberi otorisasi un-tuk menggunakan tanda "OEKO‑TEX® TERPERCAYA DALAM TEKS-TIL ‑ STANDARD 100 ‑ Telah teruji terhadap zat berbahaya" ber-wenang untuk melakukan pengujian acak pada setiap produk yang tercakup di aplikasi sesuai dengan produk semula sebanyak dua kali dalam setahun sampai kami menunjukkan kepada lembaga OEKO‑TEX® bahwa produksi dan/atau penjualan telah dihentikan dan tanda "OEKO‑TEX® TERPERCAYA DALAM TEKSTIL ‑ STAN-DARD 100 ‑ Telah teruji terhadap zat berbahaya" tidak lagi diguna-kan. Biaya pengujian dibebankan kepada kami. Jika pengujian acak memperlihatkan penyimpangan dari nilai‑nilai batas pada penguji-an yang dilakukan, pengujian tambahan harus dilakukan pada sam-pel yang berbeda untuk tujuan pemeriksaan dan biaya yang relevan juga dibebankan kepada kami. Jika penyimpangan lebih lanjut dite-mukan, lembaga OEKO‑TEX® yang bertanggung jawab atas pem-berian otorisasi dapat menarik otorisasi untuk menandai produk de-ngan label "OEKO‑TEX® TERPERCAYA DALAM TEKSTIL - STAN-DARD 100 - Telah teruji terhadap zat berbahaya" dengan segera. Penggunaan bahan yang ada pada iklan, pajangan, label, dll dibata-si hanya sampai dengan dua bulan sejak waktu penarikan.

However, in cases where at the control tests a severly/serious devi-ation from the underlying/required limit values is found, the testing institute and as the circumstances require also the OEKO‑TEX® Secretariat has also the right, to withdraw the issued certificate and the authorisation to label the products with the STANDARD 100 by OEKO‑TEX® mark with immediate effect. In such cases it is also possible to prohibit the use of advertising materials, display lables, labels, etc. with immediate effect.

Akan tetapi, pada kasus pengujian untuk pengawasan dimana dite-mukan suatu penyimpangan berat /serius dari nilai batas pokok/dipersyaratkan, lembaga pengujian dan dimana keadaan juga mem-butuhkan Sekretariat OEKO‑TEX® yang juga memiliki hak, untuk menarik dengan segera sertifikat yang dikeluarkan dan otorisasi un-tuk menandai produk dengan tanda STANDARD 100 by OEKO‑TEX®. Dalam kasus seperti itu juga memungkinkan untuk melarang dengan segera penggunaan bahan iklan, label pajangan, label, dll.

We acknowledge, that auditors from the OEKO‑TEX® Association are allowed to visit and audit the company in reference to the certifi-cation process according to STANDARD 100 by OEKO‑TEX®. In case of non‑compliance with the STANDARD 100 by OEKO‑TEX® requirements and criteria (depending on requested certification ei-ther according to Appendix 4 or according to Appendix 6), the cost for the analytical testing (control tests) and an audit fee have to be paid by us.

Kami menyatakan, bahwa para auditor dari Asosiasi OEKO‑TEX® diperkenankan untuk mengunjungi dan mengaudit perusahaan se-hubungan dengan proses sertifikasi sesuai dengan STANDARD 100 by OEKO‑TEX®. Jika terjadi ketidaksesuaian dengan persyaratan dan kriteria STANDARD 100 by OEKO‑TEX® (bergantung pada per-mintaan sertifikasi sesuai dengan Lampiran 4 atau sesuai dengan Lampiran 6), maka biaya pengujian analisis (pengujian untuk peng-awasan) dan biaya audit dibebankan kepada kami.

We acknowledge that the certifying institute or an OEKO‑TEX® Au-ditor is entitled to check our company with reference to the quality assurance measures in respect of the certification process accord-ing to STANDARD 100 by OEKO‑TEX®. This control will take place, under normal circumstances, in a three year cycle; the first time be-fore or shortly after issuing the first certificate to our company. The costs of these visits are charged to us. Companies already certified according to SteP by OEKO‑TEX® are exempt from these additional audits and payments.

Kami menyatakan bahwa lembaga yang memberikan sertifikasi atau Auditor OEKO‑TEX® memiliki hak untuk memeriksa perusaha-an kami sehubungan dengan langkah‑langkah jaminan mutu yang berkaitan dengan proses sertifikasi sesuai dengan Standar OEKO‑TEX® 100. Pengawasan ini akan berlangsung dalam siklus tiga tahun dalam keadaan normal ; saat yang pertama adalah sebe-lum atau sesaat setelah mengeluarkan sertifikat yang pertama un-tuk perusahaan kami. Biaya untuk kunjungan‑kunjungan ini dibe-bankan kepada kami. Perusahaan‑perusahaan yang telah memiliki sertifikat sesuai STeP by OEKO‑TEX® tidak diikutsertakan dalam audit dan pembayaran tambahan ini.

3 Limit of authorisation Lingkup otorisasi

We know that the authorisation to label a product with the mark "OEKO‑TEX® CONFIDENCE IN TEXTILES – STANDARD 100 – Tes-ted for harmful substances“ is limited to a maximum of one year.

4 Conformity declaration Pernyataan Kesepakatan

We, the producer and/or distributor of a product labelled with the mark "OEKO‑TEX® CONFIDENCE IN TEXTILES – STANDARD 100 – Tested for harmful substances“ declare on our own responsibility, that the product manufactured and/or sold complies with the condi-tions/limit values (depending on requested certification either ac-cording to Appendix 4 or according to Appendix 6) of the STAND-ARD 100 by OEKO‑TEX® and where required complies with the conditions/limit values of the co‑applicable LEATHER STANDARD by OEKO‑TEX®, which are known to us, with regard to the limit val-ues of harmful substances. We are fully responsible for quality as-surance of the certified product. We may delegate parts of the quali-ty assurance to producers, suppliers and importers. In the case of delegation we fully has to acquaint the certifying body with the ef-fectiveness of the relevant quality assurance system.

Kami, produsen dan/atau distributor dari produk yang diberi label dengan tanda "OEKO‑TEX® TERPERCAYA DALAM TEKSTIL - STAN-DARD 100 - Telah teruji terhadap zat berbahaya" menyatakan tang-gung jawab kami bahwa produk yang diproduksi dan/atau dijual se-suai dengan kondisi/nilai batas (tergantung pada sertifikasi yang di-minta baik itu sesuai dengan Lampiran 4 atau sesuai dengan Lam-piran 6) dari STANDARD 100 by OEKO‑TEX® dan dimana diperlu-kan memenuhi kondisi /nilai batas yang berlaku untuk LEATHER STANDARD by OEKO‑TEX ®, yang telah diketahui oleh kami, yang berkaitan dengan nilai-nilai batas zat berbahaya. Kami bertanggung jawab penuh atas jaminan kualitas dari produk yang tersertifikasi. Kami dapat mendelegasikan bagian dari jaminan kualitas kepada produsen, pemasok dan importir. Dalam hal pendelegasian kami harus sepenuhnya memberitahukan badan sertifikasi dengan efekti-vitas sistem jaminan kualitas yang relevan.
