The Wichita area is an oasis of music, lights, shopping and good cheer each holiday season.

Christmastime in Wichita is a one-hour television event that showcases Wichita’s joy and reverence

for this festive time of year. The program includes inspiring and heartwarming

performances by some of Wichita’s best musicians, tours of the city’s most spectacular light displays, gift ideas from local merchants,

baking and entertaining tips from a local chef and a visit from Santa Claus.

the U.K. as part of the World Refugee Project. With Christmas preparations in full flow and the midwives busy caring for the expectant mothers of Poplar, these unexpected visitors

cause joy and chaos in equal measure.
