And we are extremely exhausted after work and don’t feel like doing anything.
I understand that you have back problems
And your knees are bad from playing sports when you were young
And your ankles are on the weak side
And your favorite tv show is on
THIS IS IT!
• We are all going to meet on Saturday at my apartment (which is connected to a park) and we are going to take a brisk walk together. We will either walk 1 mile or for 30 minutes, whichever happens first.
We should do this together because• It’s easy• Inexpensive• You don’t have to buy or do anything extra,
just come to my house• It’s good for your heart and your respiratory
system• It’s the one of the safest forms of aerobic
exercise.• And we can enjoy each other’s company while
getting healthy!
