• Deacon 3300 is an extruded gasket compound suitable for extreme temperatures. It maintains its flexibility and pliability when filling voids and steam cuts. It is a heat curing, compressible, flange joint sealant. It conforms to flange face and flange gap irregularities better than standard die cut gaskets. It is ideal for metal-to-metal joint applications in steam, hot air, and various chemical environments.
• Typical Applications: Gasket Replacement, Access Doors, Steam Cut Repair, Flanges (Cut, Warped or Pitted).
• Features: Not weak or brittle like ceramics or mortars, high chemical tolerance, sealant/refractory hybrid, fast easy repair, cures with heat, unmatched temperature range for sealing compound, compatibility with thermal cycling, conforms to any shape.
• Application Procedure: To complete the seal, simply cross the two ends. Deacon 3300 should be pressed firmly into place as to resemble a tape-like seal.

• Deacon 8875-Thin is a paste sealant. Heat Curing Compound, Paste Consistency, Fast-Setting, High Chemical Tolerance, Trowel on or Caulk.
• For Use On: Threads, Flanges, Gasket Dressings, Exhaust Systems, Any Metal-to-Metal Joints, Pressure Vessels, Segmented Gaskets.
• Deacon 7228 is a paste sealant. Kevlar® Fibered Paste, Sets Pliable, Excellent Resistance to Gasoline, Water, Oils, Hydrocarbons, Glycol, Anti-Freeze, Trowel on or Caulk.
• For Use On: Threads, Flanges.

Deacon 770-L200°F to 950°F
• Deacon 770-L is a thermal-reactive, sealing compound for threads, gasket dressings, and metal-to-metal applications. Ideal for high-temperature (200ºF to 950ºF), high-pressure situations, including steams, liquors, hydrocarbons, and solvents. In the presence of heat, Deacon 770-L forms a mechanical-type seal. It will not interfere with future repairs of metal-to-metal joints.
• Typical Applications: Turbine Split Casing, Pump Casing, Boilers: Doors, Stacks, Flanges, Heat Exchangers, Any Metal-to-Metal Joints, Leaking Gaskets, Threaded Fittings, Steam Traps, Sight Glasses, Nuts & Bolts, Gasket Dressings, Pressure Vessels, Segmented Gaskets
• Features: Liquid Sealant. Heat Curing Compound, Honey Consistency, High Chemical Tolerance, Brush on. Ease of application achieves seal before full cure, allows for fast and easy repairs, high-pressure temperature and chemical tolerances (Solvents, Oils, Steam, Liquors, Hydrocarbons). Creates a mechanical seal high wear resistance. Applications as a gasket dressing. Deacon 770 improves the sealing capability of standard die cut gaskets. Unaffected by thermal cycling. Seal joints in multi-piece gaskets.
• Application Procedure: Deacon 770-L is brushed onto the sealing surface in a complete, uniform, thin coating.
• Note: Deacon 770-L will flow filling small voids and surface irregularities creating a seal between the gasket and the flange surface where most leak problems initiate.

• Deacon Crow Seal is a paste sealant / adhesive. Air dries in 1 hr. then a full cure requires gradually increasing the heat to 500°F. Hard setting, Not recommended for Water or Steam.
• For Use On: Threads, Flanges, Ductwork, Any Metal-to-Metal Joints

• Deacon 5500 is a sealant / packing. PTFE Mixture with a Lubricant Carrier, Pliable, Non-Hardening, Excellent Lubricity, Extreme Pressure Resistance, Compresses to Form a Dense Semi-Solid.
• For Use On: Reciprocating Valves, Plug Valves, Injectable Seals.
