Presented by the Junior League of Cleveland, the event supports developing the potential of women as civic leaders, sign up and join us on August 12th! This month’s Crocker Kids takes place on Tuesday, August 8th. The theme for this month is a Scavenger Hunt, pre- sented by Lake Ridge Academy and Northeast Ohio Parent Magazine. We have had almost 3,000 people attend the first three Crocker Kids this year. This free event is great for kids ages 2-9. Welcome to the August edition of the Crocker Park tenant newsletter.Here is the good news for this month!August is here and so are the monthly events! There are lots of exciting things continuing to go on here at Crocker Park.

To start the month off right, August 4th through August 6th is Tax Free Weekend. Get your back to school shop-ping started! Guests can enjoy no sales tax on clothing items under $75 or on school supplies under $20. Stop by Crocker Park to enjoy live music and take advantage of the weekend! As part of Tax Free Weekend we will be “stuffing the train car”! We will be collecting back to school supplies for Cleveland Kids in Need Resource Center in front of Guest Services.

The Poses & Paws event with CBS Radio went purrfect! Lots of yogis showed up in support of the Cleveland APL. The next event taking place in Market Square is Glowga: An Evening of Yoga in the Dark. Presented by the Junior League of Cleveland, the event supports developing the potential of women as civic leaders, sign up and join us on August 12th!

This month’s Crocker Kids takes place on Tuesday, August 8th. The theme for this month is a Scavenger Hunt, pre-sented by Lake Ridge Academy and Northeast Ohio Parent Magazine. We have had almost 3,000 people attend the first three Crocker Kids this year. This free event is great for kids ages 2-9. Come pick up a list of clues and explore all of the crafts, games, and activities!

August is the last month for a few of our favorite weekly activities. Finish your summer off right with the last classes of Fitness in the Park on Saturday mornings. 4. TERMS AND CONDITIONS This contract will govern the conduct of the parties hereto from move-in, event day and move-out, except in the event of an unavoidable emergency necessitating the cancellation or postponement of the event. In such event, this agreement shall terminate immediately, both parties hereto waiving any claim for damages or compensation. The Fairview Park Chamber of Commerce reserves the right to reject any exhibitor at any time for any reason with notice, and shall not be liable for failure caused by labor disputes, strikes, war, flood, accident or any act of God. In any case Fairview Park Chamber of Commerce as-sumes no liability for lost or stolen merchandise. Exhibitor Responsibility: Exhibitor shall be solely and completely responsible for the erection and removal of its exhibit and operation of its assigned display area, and shall hold Fairview Park Chamber of Com-merce, its members, agents and servants harmless for all liability which may result either directly or indirectly from said activities. All activities shall be in compliance with the rules and regulations imposed on Fairview Park Chamber of Commerce by reason of its master agreement with the facility in which said event will be held. The exhibitor furthermore shall assure adequate manning of its display space at least thirty (30) minutes prior to opening of the display area to the event’s attendees and shall not tear down such display until the closing of the show at 7:00pm or, if earlier, by notification of show management. Exhibitor must sign an Exhibitor Agreement by the week prior to the event. This contract may not be cancelled because of space assignment.
