1. Course changes.

In relation to the track we made available in the race regulations and on the Trace de Trail portal a few months ago we introduced 3 changes that were forced by external factors:

▪ Gdańsk Oliwa (14km UKP), ▪ Skrzeszewo (47km UKP, 19km KP75), ▪ Smętowo Chmieleńskie / Ramleje (78km UKP, 50km KP75, 27km KP50).

The changes are not significant and will not affect neither the route length nor time limits. The changes do not apply to the KP30 race.

2. Course markings and using the GPS track. We really do our best bringing the course marking to high level but there is always a small possibility that you might get lost along the route. If you do not see the markings for 200 - 300m it means that there is probably something wrong. The might be several reasons of that:

▪ overall fatigue, ▪ staring (often occurs when running in a group), ▪ plucked markings (we regret this, but it can happen on short distances, then you can often see marking on the

ground near the route), ▪ fake markings (worst case - deliberate action by third parties. These are rare situations but may happen).

I case if you suspect or notice that there is something wrong with markings please contact the Organizer urgently. We will do our best to fix it ASAP. If you have uploaded our GPS track in your watch, you can additionally control the route!

3. You can download the latest GPS tracks from the links given in this document. We have made them available in three versions:

▪ FULL – full track, please keep in mind that the file may be too large for some older watch models. If this is the case, use a file with lower accuracy;

▪ MEDIUM – file with detailed track, but a bit "slimmer" compared to the FULL version; ▪ LITE – the track file with the lowest accuracy, but detailed enough to support route navigation.

4. We remind you that all athletes must clearly mark gels, bars, etc. by writing their bib number on the packaging. This is to identify and disqualify littering people on the route. We are determined to severely punish all littering during the Race. There will be trash at PK and you can leave used packaging there. NOTE: markings will be verified just before the start;

5. If you need deposit bags, you can get them in the starting pack (you need to ask a volunteer). You only use the bags provided by us. There are 2 colors in use: ▪ GREEN >>> DEPOSIT [S] SKRZESZEWO (FOR UKP ONLY) ▪ YELLOW >>> TRANSFER OF BELONGINGS [M] FINISH (UKP/KP75/KP50) When issuing the race pack, please check whether the bag given by volunteer is clearly signed with destination code and your bib number, example: S 123 (deposit), M 123 (transfer of belongings to the finish);

6. You compete fair-play and help each other on the route;

7. Please, strictly follow the volunteer instructions. They work for you during the whole race to ensure you run safe, e.g.

when crossing public roads. If you run in headphones and listen to music, take them off for a moment, if you see that a volunteer is trying to provide you some information!

8. In case you decide to withdraw from the race, it is necessary to report this fact via SMS to the Race Office (contact phone

number is available on the reverse of the bib number) and pass your bib number and chip to the nearest volunteer (if you collect numbers as a souvenir, we will return it after the Race). Remember: even if you are safe, the Organizer must know what is happening to you;

9. Chips are returnable - after reaching the finish they should be returned to the box near the B4SPORT time measuring point;

10. On the reverse of the bib number, for each distance, we have prepared for you the necessary information such as:

11. On the route everyone must have a reusable cup, for example the one we give you in the race pack;

12. You can run with your dog, however, remember to pay special attention so that the dog does not pose a threat to the

safety of other participants and forest animals; 13. Pacing is not allowed at any time;

14. Support teams are allowed only at aid stations;

15. Bib numbers must be affixed in a visible place throughout the Race so that the judges can easily read them;

17. If you pay by bank transfer just before visiting the Race Office - take the transfer confirmation with you!

18. It is possible to pick up the race pack on someone's behalf. In order to do this, complete the form here: >>> letter of authority <<<

19. If we do not run out of places earlier then it is possible to register and pay in the Race Office in the amount in accordance

with the race regulations. Please remember that in the Race Office we accept payments in cash only. You wait to the last moment on your own risk;

20. The limits of participants on individual distances have been changed. Due to the need to order and provide you with promised services, these limits are final and will not be changed:

21. From 31.07, according to the race regulations, it is not possible to transfer registration to another person;

22. At the finish line you will be able to use the shower;

27. Accomodation

START: We provide accommodation in tourist conditions at the Start Office, Primary School No. 35 (night from 13 to 14 September). Overnight stay will be organized in the gym and will be available to people starting on UKP, KP75 and KP50 distances who have previously declared such a need in the registration form. We have a limited amount of mattresses, so in addition to a sleeping bag bring a foam pad. Toilet and shower facilities are available.

In addition to the train connection (map below), you can take the tram to the Start Office (lines: 5, 6, 12). Stop: TETMAJERA.

FINISH: We also provide accommodation at the finish in tourist conditions (night from 14 to 15 September) in the school gym in Szymbark, ul. Szkolna 1. Accommodation is about 2.5 km from the Race Office. Toilets and showers will be available on site. We recommend taking a sleeping pad and sleeping bag. Transport to the school from the Race Office will be provided, the announcer in the finish zone will communicate the bus departure times. The school should be left on 15 September by 10.00.

28. Return from the finish

After the Race we invite you to an integration event. Persons wishing to return to the Tri-City (Gdańsk / Sopot / Gdynia) are advised that there is such a possibility by public transport. Please refer to the current timetable for the Krzeszna station.

START OFFICE: Parking spots located near the Start Office are publicly available. Please park in accordance with traffic regulations and do not block the entrance gates! Places are free at the weekend. Parking options in the area are shown in the map below.

START SOPOT: In the vicinity of the start is a small parking lot located on Herberta street. You can find more parking options at Mickiewicza street nearby. Please park in accordance with traffic regulations in designated places. We do suggest arriving by suburban train (SKM).

The Organizer provides transport of belongings to the finish with a weight limit of 10 kg and the deposit for aid station PK2 in Skrzeszewo with a weight limit of 5 kg. ATTENTION: the all belongings sent to the finish must fit in a backpack or a bag of 80 liters maximum, while the deposit must fit in a 40 liter bag. Every bag must be provided with bib number to identify the owner. The organizer provides bags.

▪ Bags should be left before start of UKP in Sopot in a designated place; ▪ Deposits and belongings will be available for pickup at the finish line in Wieżyca - Koszałkowo after 2:00 P.M. based on bib

number.

We care for clean forests therefore, we have introduced the obligation of marking bars and gels by writing your bib number on them. Markings will be verified before the start of the Race.

UKP participants are required to have a reusable cup or other dish that we recommend using on the route. NOTE: The organizer does not provide disposable cups on points for ecological reasons.

The following equipment is mandatory and must be carried by athletes for the entire duration of the Race:

▪ charged cell phone, with associated number that is provided to the Organizer either in registration form or before the

Race, ▪ personal ID or passport, ▪ chip for time measurement delivered with race pack, ▪ bib number, attached in the front, visible during the entire duration of the Race, ▪ a reusable cup (the Organizer does not provide plastic cups at refreshment points due to eco reasons), ▪ a light emitting device (flashlight / headlamp).

Apart of mandatory equipment race participants are advised to bring the following with them: ▪ emergency blanket, ▪ running backpack / hip bag, ▪ camelbag or water bottle holder with a capacity for at least a liter of liquid, ▪ clothing appropriate for the weather conditions, ▪ ca. 20 PLN in cash in case of an emergency need to purchase something in a shop on the course.

START WRÓBLÓWKA: Parking is strictly forbidden in the vicinity of the PK1 aid station and the KP75 start zone, including the Wróblówka area. If you need to come by car to the starting place, we recommend the place on the other side of the S6 expressway.

RACE OFFICE: The designated parking spaces are located in the immediate vicinity of the Race Office. Please follow the instructions of the volunteers who direct the traffic.

The Organizer provides a deposit for KP30 participants for the time of the Race. Runners can make deposits before the start of the Race in a specially marked place next to the Race Office. A deposit bag will be issued upon request if the participant so requests. Deposits will be available at the finish line based on the starting number.

On KP30, a general time limit of 5 hours applies (closing of the finish at 18:00). No time limit monitoring is planned at the aid station in Brodnica Dolna.
