C50
The C50 Controller/Alarm unit is a compact single loopcontroller, with the capability to measure, indicate andcontrol a variety of process variables.
The unit is ideal for simple PID control, offering On/Off orTime proportioning control with a one shot self-tune facility.The C50 can also act as an independent alarm unit, forexample, as an over-temperature safety cutout unit forfurnaces or ovens.
The unit is quickly set up for most process signal inputsand, with IP65 (NEMA3) front panel protection, is suitablefor a wide range of applications.

PID ControlThe unit’s primary relay or logic output can provide a time proportioning PID output,for control of contactors and solid state relays (SSR).
Override AlarmBy configuring the relay output as an overrange alarm, the C50 can act as anindependent alarm unit, providing protection for your process.
Ramping Set PointTo reduce shock to the process when changing set point, the C50 can be configuredto ramp up to the new set point over a preset period of time.

C100
The C100 Universal Process controller is a highly versatile,single loop controller designed to be exceptionally easy tooperate and set up.
Universal input and integral transmitter power supply ensurethat the C100 has the capabilities to measure a wide rangeof process signals such as temperature, pressure, flow andlevel.
Analog, logic and relay control outputs are all fitted asstandard, with the option to add further i/o capabilities suchas additional relays, remote set point and digital input, tosuit your application.
The configuration of the C100 is simply achieved by movingthe security switch and entering a simple code from thefront panel keys. No passwords, no input links, nocomplications.
With hoseproof front panel protection and superior RFimmunity as standard the C100 has been designed tocontrol reliably in the harshest of today’s industrialenvironments.

Ramp/Soak Set Point ProfilesThe ramp/soak facility available on every C100 provides for asingle program, four-segment profile. This facility also includesguaranteed ramp/soak, repeat program, skip and reset.
Master/Slave and CascadeTwo or more C100s can be used in master/slave, or cascade,configuration with the addition of the remote set point optionto the basic unit.
Heat/CoolHeat/Cool control strategies may be implemented on thestandard C100, using a combination of the analog, logic andrelay outputs.

The COMMANDER 310 Wall/pipe-mount UniversalProcess Controller is a highly versatile single-loop controllerpackaged in a robust field-mounting housing.
No need to fit an expensive instrument panel when installingor upgrading process equipment. The COMMANDER 310can be rapidly commissioned by simply fixing it to any flatsurface or pipe and making the electrical connections viathe cable entry glands on the underside of the unit.
The instrument has extensive control and i/o capabilitiesfitted as standard, allowing it to be rapidly configured foralmost any application.
With IP66/NEMA4X water/dust protection theCOMMANDER 310 can be mounted right next to yourprocess, no matter how harsh the environment.

Valve PositionThe COMMANDER 310 is fitted with twin relays and a valve-position input for closed-loop control of a motorized valve.'Boundless' control (without position feedback) and analogcontrol (using 4 to 20mA output) are also available in thestandard unit.
Heat/CoolHeat/cool control strategies may be implemented on thestandard COMMANDER 310, using a combination of theanalog control output and one relay.
Ramp/Soak Set Point ProfilesThe standard ramp/soak facility provides 30 segments, freelyassignable amongst 9 programs. A Segment Event functionenables relays to be switched on or off at predetermined pointswithin the program.
Serial CommunicationsNot only does the COMMANDER 310 provide clear processinformation in the field, it can also communicate plant data tocontrol rooms via an RS485 link, using Modbus protocol.
