DE-ICING OPERATION PROCEDURES
CENTRAL DE-ICING FACILITY (CDF)
Note: in the event that the "Hold" light and/or inset light can not be utilized, the (CDF) willdeploy a "Follow Me" vehicle.
3. All de-icing operations are performed with aircraft engines running, unless otherwise
advised by PAD CONTROL. CAUTION: all operating engines must be maintained at groundidle thrust settings.
4. Once de-icing is complete, aircraft will be instructed to contact WINNIPED GROUND
MINIMUM BREAKAWAY THRUST MUST BE USED.DO NOT ENTER TWY H WITHOUT ATC CLEARANCE.for taxi clearance.
1. Notify PAD CONTROL on 122.925 and WINNIPEG GROUND prior to push back when de-icing is required.
