CYCLONES BATTERY

CYCLONESA cyclone is a piece of equipment, invented more than a hundred years ago, which induces a cyclone effect in order to separate two types of media by centrifugal forces.

• Gas and dust

• Gas and liquid droplets

• Liquid and solid particles (i.e. sand from water)

• Liquid and air bubbles

• Two different types of fluids

Cyclones can be classified, based on the nature of the media to be separated :

SiccaDania/VTK delivers cyclones primarily for separating solids from gas type media. The following applications can be identified :
