PERSONAL PROFILE

I am an active and hard-working person who is about to starting a bachelor’s

degree of Natural and Cultural Heritage at UCN. Within the last 9 years I have

been working as a staff (for the first 5 years) and then a supervisor at Oceanário

de Lisboa (Lisbon Oceanarium). I have gathered deep experience on

communication and language skills, Ticket Sales and validation, Information to

Visitors, complaints and response to the same complaints, and team manager. I

have a deep experience of working and manage a team of about 40 persons. As a

Team Coordinator (Exhibitions and Ticket Office) I also built the work Schedules

and Vacations Organizer.

I also have experience as football coach, for 3 years. (2007 at Sport Lisboa E

Benfica, 2008-2009 at Academia Alta Lisboa Sporting club Portugal and 2009-

2020 at Olivais e Moscavide). I work with kids between 4 and 14 years old and

teach the principles of football, the values of the competition and friendship.

I am a person that truly enjoy working in a team, I’m friendly, direct and good at

mediating and motivating people.

I’m ready for a new experience.
