Project 1:Project Name: XCC ENNO cabin interior trims.

Client: ALSTOM Transport - Reichshoffen, France.

Description: The XCC Enno project is a set of regional trains for RGB client.

The XCC Enno is a train that is produced by Alstom Germany and definition of XCC S5-S8 may serve as a model for certain fixtures.

Role: Single point contact.

Check & analyze the environment parts & assemblies in the cabin area to perform the design of specified real parts.

Create each part or sub-assembly or assembly, according to the functional, manufacturability requirements.

Creation of all the required fasteners and other standard parts used in line with the requirement.

Creation of installation in PSN under cabin paneling to have various concepts, Creation of respective detail drawings, assembly drawings, installation drawings with BOM as

per the scope of project. Weld optimization & assembly restructuring for ease of manufacturing.

Responsibilities:

Creation of parts, Sub-assemblies, Assemblies & their drawings. Creation of Ditto's(Standard parts Product), Creation of PSN Structure. Check for the interference and assembly. Check for Manufacturability, Applying GD&T, Stack up Analysis, Etc,,,

Client: ALSTOM Transport - Sydney smart metro, Australia.

Responsibilities:

Creation of parts, Sub-assemblies, Assemblies & their drawings. Creation of Ditto's(Standard parts Product), Creation of PSN Structure. Check for the interference and assembly. Check for Manufacturability, Applying GD&T, Stack up Analysis, Etc, Providing design proposals, Design support for queries of manufacturing. Pneumatic tubing in platform & in bogies using Catia v5 tubing work bench using schematic as

input. Providing new design proposals for ECNs & ECRs from manufacturing plant. Bracket design for mounting pneumatic equipments in the under frame & cabin. Shop support to provide red line mark-ups to work until the release of Manufacturing drawings. Packaging of pneumatic equipments, design & detailing of brackets to mount the equipments. Concept model development of driver’s desk in FRP material. Creation of Pneumatic tubing layout for Driving motor car & trailer car in metros for suspension,

braking, pantograph application & HVAC drain.Softwares used: CATIA V5 R18 & Enovia(DMA2.2&DMA2.3) .

Project 3 :Project Name: FWI(Air Caraïbes) S2FL & S2FR STOWAGES DESIGN -A350.

Client: Diehl Aircabin GmbH, Laupheim.

Description: Stowage is the amount of room available for stowing materials aboard an airplane. Stowages are an essential part of air travel, catering for passenger's personal possessions in a safe and contained way. Passengers want to carry more on to the aircraft, so the aircrafts wants add extra spaciousness to the cabin and the large overhead stowage bins to match growing cabin baggage volume requirements.

Role: Team member.

Check & analyze the environment parts & assemblies in the cabin area to perform the design of specified stowage.

Create each part or sub-assembly or assembly, according to the functional requirements using master geometries.

Adding all the required Inserts and other standard parts used in line with the requirement. Creation of respective detail drawings, assembly drawings, installation drawings as per the

scope of project. Creation of BOM in Team Center, Comparison of BOMs, Releasing process in PLM TOOL(Team

Center).

Responsibilities:

Creation of Parametric Modeling of components & their drawings. Check for the interference and assembly. Check for Manufacturability, BOM, Applying GD&T, Etc,,, Updating the Closing points after the Review done by Customer.

Software used: CATIA V5 R20, Enovia(VPM) & Team Center 10.

Project 4: Project Name: 2216-18 CTS system.

Client: KEPPEL FELS.

Description: The Conductor Tensioning System is a cassette style tensioning system. The CTS is a platform that from with-in itself, will apply a tension of 600 kips to the conductor. This CTS is designed for Jack-up installation below the drill floor. The system is designed to locate the BOP in any position 15’ port & 17’ STBD from the centerline, along the same plane.

The CTS consists of a Conductor Tensioning Unit (CTU), Conductor Tensioning Platform (CTP), Conductor Tensioning Frame (CTF), Conductor Tensioning Rails (CTR), Sliding Floor Section (SFC), Storage Cassette to House Floor Sections, Hydraulic Power Unit (HPU), Accumulators and Control Package.

Role: Team member.

Creation of General Arrangement Drawing, concept generation, concept modeling etc. Structural and solid modeling etc. Carried out various manufacturing drawings & their standards.

Responsibilities:

Structural Modeling & Analysis of CTU, CTP, CTF, CTR, SFC & their drawings. Check for the interference and assembly.

Software used: Inventor-2011,PDM Tool Vault, Ansys & AUTO CAD.
