Bhubaneswar & Puri and Bhopal under Public Private Partnership framework. For the same

project, the Bhopal Municipal Corporation was awarded with Best PPP project in Public Transport

in India (2019-10) by the Ministry of Urban Development, Govt. of India under JnNURM funded

City Bus Service Project.

As an Economist and General Management Specialist I have varied experience of more than 9

years in the field of Business Development, Project Management, Fund raising and Human

Resource Management. Extensive experience in lead business development, business

development on nomination basis, negotiations and fund raising in the field urban transport

development & PPP projects. I have exhibited leadership skills with organizational efficiency,

currently leading a team of Mechanical Engineers, Electrical Engineers IT experts etc. in the

current assignment of Bus Prototype and Pre-delivery inspection. I have experienced in handling

I have co-authored the Revised Tool Kit for Preparation of Comprehensive Mobility Plan jointly

published by the Ministry of Urban Development, Govt. of India, and UNEP.

I was a team member in formulating the guidelines and Model Detailed Project Report on behalf

of Ministry of Urban Development, Govt. of India to avail the fund by the states/cities to develop

public transport and its ancillary infrastructure in the respective towns and cities under JnNURM

scheme. I worked as a team member in drafting of the Gross Cost Concession Agreement for bus

operator on behalf of Ministry of Urban Development, Govt. of India.

I was one of the 10 member delegates to China (Guangzhou) and Taiwan (Taipei) led by Dr. Sudhir

Krishna, IAS, then Secretary to Govt. of India, Ministry of Urban Development, Govt. of India as a

part of capacity building study tour organized by Ministry of Urban Development, Govt. of India to

understand the multi modal integration, public transport system, Bus Rapid Transit System, Metro

system, High Speed Train system and Ropeway system etc. in those countries.
