Professor E.A Onemolease has over 25 years’ experience in teaching and research. He holds a Ph.D degree in Agricultural Extension from the University of Benin. He has extensive experience in agricultural/ development programme assessment and in capacity building programmes powered by local and international agencies in relation to agricultural extension and development programming, Orphan & Vulnerable Children (OVC), micro-credit/finance, entrepreneurship, research surveys, gender analysis, health and nutrition assessment, computer-based data management/ analysis and computer-based statistical analysis. Prof. Onemolease has consulted for several State governments, regional agencies and private corporations on matters relating to community need assessment, social and health impact assessments, statistical trainings and capacity development programmes for small scale entrepreneurs, industry staff etc. Prof. Onemolease is widely acknowledged for his ingenious ability in applying rigorous computer-based quantitative analytical tools and theoretical frameworks in providing business solutions to empirical challenges.
