Teaching activities
Seminars I have designed and taught a seminar for master students at the University of Zurich in the fall semester 2014; the title was: Group processes in teams: Leadership and group composition and students gained knowledge in how diversity affects group processes and leadership. Students completed weekly assignments and practical tasks. Trainings for teachers, social workers, & care-‐takers I have given various trainings on classroom management, socio-‐emotional development, social interactions and peer processes in the classroom, and counseling skills as part of my work assignment at the Teacher University Lucerne and as part of my voluntary engagement in Nepal. Research methods & monitoring and evaluation skills I have taught research methods for faculty members during a course at the University of Leipzig and during a seminar at Jhana Bhawana College in Nepal for all college teachers of the District. I have given applied trainings on evaluation & monitoring for the members of the Shangrila Development Association.

Civic Engagement
I have been a board member of the Shangrila Development Association Switzerland from 01/2013 – 12/2016 where I was involved in the planning, implementation, management, monitoring & evaluation of 8 ongoing projects in Nepal involving more than 8’000 beneficiaries Since December 2015, I act as a psychological consultant. I am responsible for the supervision & capacity building of 11 Nepalese employees of the Shangri-‐La Orphanage Home. Me and my team monitor the project and ensure the provision of psychological support in cooperation with local NGOs and psychologists. I supervise interns from Switzerland & Germany during regular Skype–meetings and provide training, create their job descriptions and monitor their progress
