Expertise in managing various formalities in shipping, documentation for clearing consignments & logisticsOver 4+ ‘Store in Charge’ and Inventory Control Experience.ORGANIZATIONAL EXPERIENCE Sept’12-Up to present: Etihad Airport Services (Under Dulsco HR solutions) as a cargo agent.Highlights Freighter Operation Preparing the UWS (unit weight statement ) through Microsoft excel and ensure that the number of side by

side pallets, lower deck pallets and tale position is correct and not exceed on the aircraft ULD (unit load device) standard configuration.

Ensure that the weights mention in the UWS will not exceed on the aircraft maximum payload. Ensure that the contours and weights of the shipments loaded on the pallet is correct. Manifest and encoding the shipments by destination through cargo spot system and finalizing the flights. Preparing the NOTOC (notification to the captain) and ensure that all special shipments like DGR (dangerous

goods), perishable, AVI (live animals) etc. must be mention on the NOTOC. Ensure that the shipments will depart with the documentsBuild-up Brief my team and plan the task for the day to get the target time. Responsible for build - up the shipments, planning and study the flight booking list, maximizing the loading to

meet the maximum payload, correct weight & height restriction, correct contours, protective polythene, proper tie down, proper checking of pallet air worthiness and check correct segregation of Dangerous Goods and coordinating with the manifesting staff.

Cargo Breakdown Ensure that all ULD’s and Bulk received according to freight and mail delivery sheet. (FDS) Breakdown and scan all the shipments by using (HHT) hand held terminal and stowed the shipments in its

correct designated location. Raises any discrepancy or irregularities of the shipments such as (FDCA) found cargo, (MSCA) missing cargo,

damage condition or poor packing etc.Documentation Cross check the documents with the manifest to confirm that the shipment is accompanied by the documents. Monitor the irregularities in documents such as MSAW, FDAW, ORIGINAL DOX, and MISSING CONSOL

MANIFEST and advice tally supervisor to hold the shipments until received instruction from airline. Segregate of all documents (AWB) Air waybills in to REP& FILE sets following the order as per flight manifest. Input the master AWB and (HWB) house way bill of all AUH CONSOL shipments in the cargo spot system. Cargo Delivery: Deliver the goods according to the delivery order and delivery slip. Conduct survey if any damage noticed on

delivery. Update DLY once it’s physically delivered to the consignee or agent.

Cargo Tracing :

Locate and forward those shipment which are not located for build up. Conduct regular warehouse inventories and update the system if any mismatch in location. Alert the airline if any Short Shipped located during the inventories and ensure to forward on the FIRAV.

Global Key Account Coordinator: Monitor all GKA shipments and ensure that it is flown as booked. Take corrective steps to forward any left

behind shipment located during special warehouse checks. Working close cooperation with Etihad operation team to ensure minimum disruption to GK shipment and to ensure high priority in its movement.
