His work consists in helping with cu-stom formalities and with the check-in and check out at the hotels; he provides information about the journey and the visited areas; he attends clients’requests and complaints.All our Tour Escorts, besides being friendly, helpful and kind, have a perfect knowledge of the cities, sites and sanctuaries the group is going to visit, pay attention to every single detail in order to guarantee the positive out-come of the tour and are sensitive to the pilgrims’needs.We’re able to provide Tour Escorts who speak several languages: English, Spanish, Portuguese, French, Ger-man, Italian ect. All the Tour Escorts who work with us, have a regular license issued from the European country they live in. Their job is usually very much appreciated by the pil-grims.

TOURIST CLASS HOTELS 3HHHor RELIGIOUS HOUSESQuite simple hotels, whose rooms are not very spacious but comfortable. Though the service is very basic, all rooms are equipped with bathroom and shower and with all the facilities that a group may need. They are functional hotels, for travellers who stay at the hotel to relax and want to enjoy their journey outside the hotel and do not want the price to be too expensi-ve. For this reason, they are suitable for groups with a reduced budget.Upon request, we can also book religious houses. Although these types of accommodation do not fall within an official classification, they can be considered as 3-star hotels since they normally offer all the above mentioned services.

SUPERIOR TOURIST CLASS HOTELS 3HHHSThey offer a wider range of facilities and better service than the previous category of hotels. The price is average. The rooms are spacious and equipped with hair dryer, toiletries, TV and pay per view, phone, Wi-Fi internet connection. Here you can enjoy an extra rest thanks to the comforts available.

FIRST CLASS HOTELS 4HHHH

These kind of hotels are luxury, with great comforts such as big and luxuriously decorated rooms, accessorized with hair dryer, bath gel, cable TV, Wi-Fi internet connection. The staff is highly qualified and the quality of the service itself is extremely good. Usually they are provided with conference rooms designed for business meetings or other kinds of events. Ideal accommoda-tion to enjoy outside as well as inside the hotel.

General Conditions

Your Group Request

BOOKING PROCEDURES All reservation requests must be made through the Tour Operator by e-mail.

DEPOSITA 20% deposit of the total is required at the confirmation of the Group. As soon as we receive the group’s confirmation we’ll send you the invoice for this deposit. We’ll consider each Group as confirmed only when we receive the deposit.

BALANCE OF PAYMENTEach Group will have to be totally paid at least 4 weeks before the Group’s arrival to Europe. On the basis of all the services you’ll confirm to us for the Group and of the Rooming-list, we’ll send you the final invoice so that you’ll be then able to make the payment 4 weeks before the Group’s arrival.

METHOD OF PAYMENTThe deposit and the balance of payment can be settled by bank transfer or by credit card (we accept VISA or MASTERCARD). For payments made by credit card a little commission to be communicated will be charged.

CANCELLATION POLICY(if the WHOLE GROUP is cancelled)a) Up to 120 days prior to scheduled arrival date, the whole group can

be cancelled without any fees.b) Between 120 and 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, you’ll

be charged a 20% penalty fee (which is the deposit)

c) Between 30 and 10 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, you’ll be charged a 90% fee of the total value of the group.

d) 10 days before the scheduled arrival date, you’ll be charged a 100% fee of the total value of the group.

(if only a FEW PAX are cancelled, up to maximum 20% of the total number of the confirmed passengers)a) Up to 30 days prior the group’s arrival, up to 20% of the confirmed

passengers can be cancelled without any fee;b) Between 30 and 10 days prior the group’s arrival, you’ll be charged

a 20% penalty fee;c) Between 10 and 01 days prior the group’s arrival, you’ll be charged

a 50% penalty fee;d) No show, 100% penalty fee.

REFUNDS Refund requests for cancelled reservations should be made in writing indicating name of guest and all the services that the client intends to cancell.

RESPONSIBILITYAs far as the services offered in this brochure are concerned, Rusconi Viaggi Incoming and its suppliers of services shall act only as agents or intermediaries for passengers in arrangements for hotels, transpor-tation, or any other service and are not liable for any injury, damage, death, loss, accident or delay to person or belonging due to an act of negligence, strike or default of any hotel, carrier or person rendering any of the services included in this catalog.
