The solution• Standalone readout of the VME hardware
– Implemented in C++– It is a DIM server– It publishes to PVSS 32 voltages and 32 currents, both in burst and
out of burst
– Implemented in summer 2010 by Brian O’Connell (George Mason)– Tested and validated up to PVSS
• Next update– In burst/out burst now fake implementation
• Add a section acting as a DIM client receiving a time message published by a NA62 server
– Move from Lynx-OS to Linux• Wait for a new processor, get rid of the old NA48 CPU and file base
