UNIVERSITY OPERATIONS i. Paper work done to renew University License from Ministry of Higer

Education, Malaysia - obtained 11 September 2014

ii. University Constitution and Statues drafted to comply new Ministry of

Higher education, Malaysia requirement - 3 October 2014

iii. University Board of Governors - Established the new structure

recommended by Ministry of Higher education, Malaysia with the following

subcommittees: Budget committee, Audit committee, Tender Board &

Appraisal and Promotion Committee,

iv. Liaised with Ministry of Higher education, Malaysia and admitted 61 additional

medical students transferred from an University.

v. Drafted the University Strategic Plan 2017-2021.

5. Biotechnology Entrepreneurship Special Training (BeST) Programme by Malaysian Biotechnology Corporation has been included in BSc (Hons) Biotechnology Program (June 2012).

6. Campus interview established for. B.Sc (Hons) Biotechnology graduates

7. Achieved a placement rate of 99% for B.Sc (Hons) Biotechnology graduates.

Capacity in Ethical Review (SIDCER) recognition for the ethics committee.

3. Took effort to attract RM1.5 million worth of research grant at AIMST University.

4. Established AIMST University Research Review Board and currently the Chairman of

this committee.
