January 2016 - Present (6 months)

Experienced in planning, supervising and managing the hospital operations including

infrastructure development, resource planning, procurement and maintaining inventory. I have

proven track record of developing procedures ensuring service standards and operation policies,

planning and implementing effective control measures for reducing running cost of the facility.

With proactive planning and a flair for adopting emerging trends and addressing industry

experience I have achieved organizational objectives and profitability.

When I joined Alchemist Hospitals Ltd. 8 out of their 12 centers had been closed due to poor

management and 4 centers were on the verge of closure. The turnover these centers was only

6 lakhs/month. I revived these centers and within 4 months after my joining the revenue has

increased to 16 lakhs/month. I took innovative steps to promote the brand like starting Boat

Hospitals in Sundarbans. Under my guidance we took over two new hospitals in Uluberia and

Chappra.

I also introduced new ventures in Alchemist like Medical Capital Equipment Distributorship. I

tied with GE India(MRI,CT Scan) for setting up diagnostic centers in ESI hospitals under

Alchemist Banner.

of mobile clinic vehicles offering specialty mobile clinics and mobile health unit vehicles to meet

all mobile health clinic needs. My company had many expert Doctors on panel to design this

project. Each of mobile medical clinic products was designed by clinical professionals with

expertise in the medical specialty. Each medical vehicle was designed to be used in urban and

suburban regions as well as in the jungles and bumpy roads in INDIA. We specialized in highly

mobile and all-terrain medical vehicles offering wheel drive, Floating, & Air-lift options. We

even provided partially Solar-powered Medical Trucks for use in remote areas lacking reliable

electricity, Fitted with state of the art medical, communication, and tele-medicine packages. All

of our products were custom built in the United States and incorporated the highest quality, most

reliable medical equipment.
