the nature and requirements of Egyptian Governorates.
o Construction of information centers in all the capitals of the 26
governorates of Egypt and in Luxor city.

Governorates Information Centers (GICs) and the IDSC itself.

Group leader, to plan a 5 years strategy for the Faculty of Computers and
Information – Cairo University, 2011-2012
SWOT and Gap Analysis
Group leader, analyze the current situation of the Faculty of Computers and
Information – Cairo University, and to determine the gap to satisfy the
faculty’s mission and vision. This study is within the CIQAP quality project
2009.
Lab Development
Planned and developed Client-Server Database lab at the Computer
Science Department, Faculty of Science, University of Qatar.
Curriculum Development
- Participated in the development of the graduate Information Systems
Curriculum for the Master degree and undergraduate Information Systems B.Sc at
the Faculty of Computers and Information, University of Cairo.
- Participated in the development of the graduate Computer Science
Curriculum for the Master degree and Postgraduate Diploma of Computer
Science at the ISSR, University of Cairo.
- Member in the computer science committee that was formed for the
development of the undergraduate Computer Science Curriculum at the
Computer Science Department, Qatar university.
