To schedule an appointment

To Schedule an Appointment got to

Click on “Online Tutoring ”.

Step 1. Enter your user id which is the letter 'c' (lowercase) + your 7 digit CTC ID. Example: c7894561

Step 2. Enter your password which will be your date of birth (ex: mmddyyyy)• Select Login

To schedule a tutoring appointment,click “search for availability”.

1. Select “Academic Studio”from the drop- down menu.

2. Select the date range anddays of the week you prefer.

3. Select Search

To schedule an online tutoring appointment

Find Tutor and click to schedule appointment

Type in the subject and reason forappointment and click “Save”.

To access your appointment click on the appointment information under the

Upcoming Appointments.

To begin your session select the Open Live Doc Session
