BUSINESS GRADE CONNECTIONLow cost (Residential) ADSL or 3G connections can provide poor session experience and result in frequent session drop outs. Business grade connections are significantly more stable and are recommended for a business environment. Accessing the cloud using a wireless connection (3G or Wireless Network) is fine for limited periods of time, but due to the way wireless technology contends with other devices it can result in frequent session drop outs.
RECOMMENDED FAILOVER STRATEGYA 3G or 4G connection (USB dongle device) on site is an alternative method of connecting to the internet, should you experience internet outage. This can ensure continuity of connection to the Clubware application, in the event that the wired connection is unavailable. For example “carrier outage” or “Issues on site” etc.
