NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGPETITION TO VACATE

Notice is hereby given that the Brigham City Council will hold a public hearing to receive input on a petition to vacate a portion of an un-improved public dedicated street in the Parkinson Subdivision. The por-tion is the 700 West stub street section located between 500 North Street and the Box Elder Creek. The platted un-improved stub street is a 60 foot wide right-of-way and is approximately 150 feet in length. The purpose of vacating the stub street is to eliminate an unnecessary roadway that cannot extend further north across Box Elder Creek due to existing development and to improve the design of the four adjacent platted unimproved lots. The redesign of the four lots would rotate all lots to face 500 North Street as part of the new Northview Subdivision. The existing storm drain and sewer lines would re-main in place with easements. The public hearing will be held

Thursday, June 18, 2020, at 7:00 p.m. either at the Brigham City Council Chamber Room, 20 N. Main, Brigham City, Utah, or via Electronic Meet-ing depending on Covid-19 social distance requirements.
