Experience Summary: Mr. Brown currently supports the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA), Business Enterprise Information Service (BEIS) on the Defense Cash Accountability System (DCAS). Involved in team effort of managing DCAS functionality thru the entire lifecycle process from requirement creation, testing, development, and eventual deployment to Production.

Handled disciplinary action for 18 developers on the EBI Project, as well as conducting annual performance reviews and determination of incentive adjustments, etc.

Oversaw and conducted Critical Design Reviews (CDR’s) for the EBI Project.

Designed and implemented physical table structures, packages and procedures, triggers, etc. based on analysis of functional requirements related to the creation of a business intelligence (BI) software application.

Utilized Cognos Framework to interface database structures with Cognos Report Studio reports.
