Bryan L. Involved in team effort of managing DCAS functionality thru the entire lifecycle process from requirement creation, testing, development, and eventual deployment to Production.

Involved in introducing and implementing new requirements process for DCAS to follow. Includes the usage of applications such as: CMIS, HP Quality Center, and Oracle Designer.

Responsible for setting up, administering, and managing the establishment of a CASE Tool to store DCAS requirements.

Supported various Joint Interoperability Test Command (JITC) validation efforts as they pertained to DCAS.

Involved in providing training/briefings to personnel internal to the DCAS PMO, as well as groups outside the PMO such as I&T and ESS, related to various DCAS topics and initiatives.

Involved in analyzing and recommending performance and efficiency enhancements to improve the DCAS system, working with both functional and technical communities in the process.
