BHIM Drive at New Delhi CSC SPV has already conducted pilot drives in Mayur Vihar Phase-1 market and
Jwalahedi marke in Delhi on 07th December-2017 and 14th December, 2017 repectively.
BHIM Drive at Varanasi CSC-SPV has also conducted BHIM QR code drive in Varanasi from 2nd to 20th January 2018, wherein representatives from CSC team were deputed to Varanasi to the local markets and enabled merchants on the BHIM app. Representatives from both Central and State team worked tirelessly at the ground level for successful implementation of the drive.
BHIM Drive at Jharkhand
State wise drive was launched in Jharkhand where more than 27000+ merchant
establishments were enabled with BHIM and Bharat QR code
BHIM Drive at Kerala CSC SPV also tied up with P N Panicker Foundation in Kerala state and has started a
district wise drive for BHIM adaptation in Kottayam, Kerala.

Training Process
• VLE will visit to the merchant’s premises
• Onboard merchant by installing BHIM on his/her respective mobile phone and enable them by clicking on “I AM MERCHANT” on BHIM App.
• VLEs will fill the details like Merchant name, Mobile Number, Shop Name, Shop Address, UPI address, transaction ids, merchant details photo upload of the merchant on the CSC BHIM App.
– To Fill UPI address, Scan the QR code of merchant’s BHIM App by CSC BHIM App.
– VLE will facilitate ten transactions
– For uploading merchant details screenshot, VLE will go to Merchant section of BHIM App and take a snapshot by CSC BHIM App
• VLE will download and print the QR code for merchant from the portal. It will be pasted on the merchant shop.
• VLE will upload a photo of merchant including premises.

Risk Analysis The pre-project investigations have been arrived out
in detail. However, the following issues / areas could result in the change in the project deliverables/ parameters: i) Hardware/Software Upgrade ii) Non-availability of Merchants iii) Need of awareness among general public iv) Support from Govt. Agencies v) Internet connectivity issues vi) Difficult to enter the non-accessible and sparsely populated areas vii) Localization/Language issues viii) Technological Risks
Challenges BHIM not allowing more than 10 transactions. Internet connectivity Contact Numbers synced with Bank Accounts not active. Non- Availability of Debit Cards to set UPI Pin.
RRBs and Co-operative Banks not on BHIM. Mobile verification Reconciliation Issue
