DESCRIPTION

Crown is a new mixed-use community beginning construction in early 2012 in Gaithersburg, Maryland, a DC suburb. This comprehensive B2B marketing piece targets potential retailers, restaurateurs and office tenants in the community's commercial section, Downtown Crown. It was produced as a printed book, an overhead presentation and an e-mailable PDF. A "twin" piece was also produced to attract national homebuilders to participate in Crown.

Crown is an urban development on 180 acres in Gaithersburg, Maryland. The community is adjacent to the I-270 corridor and is one of the most significant new projects in the DC metro area. The project stands alone as the last major development and leasing opportunity in the submarket. The commercial core of the community – Downtown Crown – will have 250,000sf of shopping and dining anchored by Harris Teeter, as well as 540 multi-family units lofted above the main street retail environment. This will be mixed-use development at its best, with a collection of restaurants and retail drawing consumers from near and far.

Downtown Crown is centrally located in the City of Gaithersburg, one of the fastest growing cities in Maryland and within one of the most bustling areas of Montgomery County.
