Crossville has become the first and only tile

manufacturer in the United States to certify its waste

recycling programs.

• EcoCycle Filtrate Waste Process™

• EcoCycle Fired Waste Process™

Page 5: Crossville now has two certified recycling processes

Together, these are known as the EcoCycle Recycling

Processes.™

Page 6: Crossville now has two certified recycling processes

Both have been certified by SCS.

Beginning June 1, 2011, all products manufactured by Crossville contain at least

4% pre-consumer recycled content.

Page 8: Crossville now has two certified recycling processes

This pre-consumer recycled content comes

from our partnership with TOTO.

Page 9: Crossville now has two certified recycling processes

TOTO is the world’s largest manufacturer of sustainable,

luxury plumbing products, which has been outfitting

residential bath spaces and commercial restrooms for

over 90 years.

Page 10: Crossville now has two certified recycling processes

Many products have more than the 4% recycled content from TOTO.

Page 11: Crossville now has two certified recycling processes

This additional recycled material comes from our

own EcoCycle Filtrate Waste Process™

and our EcoCyle Fired Waste Process. ™

The new EcoCycle Recycling Processes™ logo will help identify

these products.

A list of all Crossville products and their corresponding

recycled content was included in the June 20 Weekly Update.

It is also available online. http://www.crossvilleinc.com/announce/RecycledContentListing.PDF

In addition to including recycled content in all

products, the TOTO partnership allowed us to

become a Net Consumer of Waste.

Page 16: Crossville now has two certified recycling processes
Page 17: Crossville now has two certified recycling processes

This means Crossville consumes more filtrate, fired,

and other pre-consumer manufacturing

waste than we generate.

Page 18: Crossville now has two certified recycling processes

Additionally, this consumption of

pre-consumer waste conserves natural

resources.

Page 19: Crossville now has two certified recycling processes

The volume of finished goods Crossville ships now exceeds

the amount of raw materials it extracts from the earth for use

in manufacturing.

Page 20: Crossville now has two certified recycling processes

So, what does this mean?

Page 21: Crossville now has two certified recycling processes

All Crossville-manufactured products

now include recycled content.

Page 22: Crossville now has two certified recycling processes

Crossville has gone beyond recycled

products to ensure its recycling processes are verifiable and certified.

Page 23: Crossville now has two certified recycling processes

We continue our legacy of environmental stewardship and build upon it with new

programs, practices and partnerships.

Page 24: Crossville now has two certified recycling processes

We are the sustainable leader in the tile industry.

We set the “green standard” for tile by which

all other companies measure their efforts.
