Y.E.S. + YOUTH EMPOWERING SOCIETY: TARGETING SOCIAL INCLUSION
What you have to consider to create the Y.E.S.+ project logoSteps and Clues
ERASMUS + 2016-18
THE LOGO OF THE PROJECT HAS TO BE REPRESENTATIVE
1) In other words, it has to convey the main objectives of ERASMUS + Y.E.S.+
To reinforce social values as solidarity, respect, cooperation, tollerance. To overcome prejudices toward who appears different, impaired,
devoloping personal awareness. To acquire “European key competences” studing, working, interacting
cooperatively with other students of different nationalities, cultures and social background, taking on responsabilities
To think creatively and critically
ERASMUS + 2016-18
THE LOGO OF THE PROJECT HAS TO BE ORIGINAL, DISTINCTIVE
2) In other words, people have to recognise it immediately and identify it with Y.E.S + project unequivocally
The logo has to be simple, something easy to read (words/ pictures) even when it is very small
It is better to avoid detailed pictures rich in features or a mixture of too many elements Semplify the drawing line Do not choose pictures, logos you find on line and then, just add a few different details. Keep in mind it is an international project, therefore you have to avoid what has specific
visual/cultural references that belong to your country only.

THE LOGO HAS TO HAVE SPECIFIC TECHNICAL FEATURES
3) In other words, you can’t follow just your personal taste
To send your logo is not enough, you have to add a short report to explain the choices you have made
The logo should be created with vector graph softwares and saved in PDF (high resolution). If you can’t use those softwares, you can create the logo using the software you have, just do not forget to save as PDF or JPEG or TIFF ( High resolution)
If you prefer drawing, using paper and pencils, scan your final work saving it as one the above mentioned formats.
You can send just one logo

Keep in mind computers are different, and another computer may not recognise your font or may change your colours slightly
So…. be precise in your report and mention the name and the dimensions of your font, your pictures and try to define your colours ( bright yellow, pale blue etc.) as well.
KEEP IN MIND COMPUTERS ARE DIFFERENT
4) So…………………… Last but not least,
