How to rank the ballparks?
10 Categories: Each ballpark gets a rating from 1 (best) to 30 (worst)
Categories include 10 genres which contribute to fan’s overall satisfaction
Prices, Food, Team Performance, Atmosphere, Transportation, Fun Stuff, Fan IQ, etc
Do not weight categories, appeal to everyone
Ranking values based on multiple criteria; online message boards, baseball fan sites, word of mouth, etc

How to Derive Team Performance
3 YEAR WIN AVERAGE PAYROLL MULTIPLIER
All 30 teams win totals from seasons 2006-2008
Derive average wins over 3 year window
Performance = 3 Yr Win Avg * Payroll Multiplier
Derive 90% C.I. for Avg 2008 Payroll: ($80.5M - $98.5M)
Create methodology which represents performance based on team wins and ability to acquire star athletes (payroll).
