• Few has adopt CC

• Why?– Educational materials are developed with

purpose: a paveway to teacher’s career advancement. Teachers must be able to claimtheir materials, although they want to spread it at the same time.

– Newly-enacted Computer Crime Act forced some CC distributers to adopt login (=restrictive) system in order to collect usage information.
