• Stress typically describes a negative condition or a positive condition that can have an impact on a person's mental and physical well-being.

concentrate• Poor judgment• Pessimistic

approach or thoughts

• Constant worrying

Why stress free work Environment ??

• Stress free environment will keep our mind and body relaxed .

It helps us to avoid the below risk factors.• Stress reduces the immunity level in our body• Increases Blood pressure, increase the risk of

heart attack and stroke.• Will induce Back pain , headaches, asthma,

ulcers ,sterility , etc.

1.Add personal touches

• Photographs• Inspiring

artworks• Special gifts

from special one• Favorite books• Devotional

sculptures

2.Keep your workspace clean and organized

• Unorganized workspace will be always a mess which equals stress

3.Learn to handle or ignore interruptions

• Sweets at my desk mail from your colleague when you are very busy on the call

• Fun events at your office , when you are busy in a production ticket.

4.Adapt to changes

• Might be a new office or workspace

• Might be a new coffee machine.

• Might be a new rule to be followed in office.

5.Add plants to your desk, office or cubicle

• Integrating plants in the work environment not only beautifies the environment but has been proven to reduce absenteeism, reduce stress, lower blood pressure, increase positive feelings, lower noise levels, decrease room temperature and lower humidity

6.Be a good communicator• Poor communication often

causes confusion (and therefore, stress) in the office.

• ask questions, make suggestions and do whatever else you can to improve the situation

• If you’re stressed out by a co-worker who talks on the phone too loudly, figure out a way to effectively communicate your frustration or concerns. If they know their actions are causing you stress, they might be willing to make changes.

7.Incorporate relaxation exercises into your work day

• Listen to music, stretch occasionally or go for a walk

• Use benefits provided by your organization like gym, yoga, etc.

• Note: your relaxation should not be a distraction to others.

8. Frame a Team

• Increase your bonding with your colleagues will help you do better in your difficulties.

• Give your hands to your colleague when he/she is facing some issues

9.Keep smiling• Always maintain

your smile..• Accept all

challenges with a simple smile

• Never worry about issues

• Always live in present. Don’t care about past and future.
