Creating manual register.
You’ll only have to create it once…
Open browser.
Start > Programs> Web BrowsersChoose Chrome or Firefox.
Download attendance list header
Type this into the box at the top of the screen and press <Enter>.
The attendance list header will download at bottom of screen – double click to open it.
Fill in the blanks.
Type this into your browser and press [Enter].
ORGo to Staff Hub and search for Task Force.
Click on course type/ area.
Click on main course code.
Click on Group.
Click on general-purpose class list.
Click and drag from the bottom right to the top left of the table.
Edit > Copy
Open the attendance list header you filled in earlier.
Click on this space and then press Edit > Paste.
You now have a register. Save it somewhere safe.
You now have a choice.
• Manual approach– print it off now and use it like a normal register. – Every time you use it, take a copy for registry,
highlighting the week you have just completed.• Electronic approach.– Carry on to next slide.
Select the contents of the cell by clicking and dragging from right to left.
Enter the first date. Repeat the process for any other
dates you’d like to enter.
Complete the register as appropriate.
Send a copy to registry every week , with the new entry/s highlighted.
Keep an eye out for the register to appear.When it does, copy the information from your
register into it.
