Square Door Floor SafesSUPER BRUTE & BRUTE SeriesAll BRUTE Series safes are designed to provide secure storage for docu-ments, jewelry, precious metals and miscellaneous valuables at an economi-cal price. When properly installed in a concrete floor, BRUTE Series safesprovide excellent fire and burglary protection. BRUTE floor safes meet andexceed the requirements of the Insurance Offices Manual of BurglaryInsurance.

You may also add many options to customize your safe, such as: a drop slotin the door, depository chute, digital keypad lock and keylocking dial to namea few. BRUTE Series safes may be installed in the floor, wall, cladding, orwithin a larger safe

Super Brute Floor Safes Lifetime Replacement Warranty:If your AMSEC Super Brute floor safe is subject of a sledgehammer orpry attack and is forcibly entered, AMSEC will replace or repair thesafe (our option) with a current production model of comparable value- free of charge. The damaged safe must be returned freight prepaidto the factory within 30 days of the loss, accompanied by a properlyfilled police report. This warranty does not apply to damage or lossresulting from accident, alteration, unauthorized entry or improperinstallation. AMSEC’s limited warranty policy and procedures appliesto any extended product warranties.

STAR Floor safes are engineered with advancedsecurity features. STAR Tube safes have been thestandard for gas stations, fast food, small retailestablishments and home owners for over 50 years.

Low cost, combined with the various body styles and optional doors will fitalmost any cash handling system. When properly installed in concrete,STAR Floor safes provide maximum fire and burglary protection. Now, withthe water resistant dust cover, you get protection from water as well.

Group II key changeable lock protectedby a revolving carburized hardplate.

The following is an explanation of theUnderwriter’s Laboratories’ fire resis-tant container testing procedures onthe Class 350°F, one hour and Class350°F two hour Fire Labels.U.L. Label/Class 350°F-one hour and Class 350°F-two hour.The safe will maintain an interior temperature less than350°F when exposed to fire for a period of one hour at1700°F or for a period of two hours at 1850°F. Safe mustsuccessfully undergo all other requirements for the FireEndurance Test, Explosion Hazard Test and the Fire/ImpactTest as stated below.

Fire Endurance TestAfter heat sensors and paper are placed inside the safe, the unit is locked and exposed to a uniformly distributed fire.The furnace is regulated to reach a maximum temperatureof 1700°F for a period of one hour, or 1850°F for two hours,then allowed to cool without opening the furnace. The interi-or temperature is recorded throughout the test and duringthe cooling period until a definite drop is shown and mustnever exceed 350°F. Once cooled, the unit is opened and examined for usability.The units locking mechanisms and parts fastenings are

examined for security and the interior examined for visibleevidence of undue heat transmission

Explosion Hazard TestThe safe is locked and placed into a furnace preheated to2000°F. This temperature is maintained for 30 minutes (2hour test is 45 minutes) and if no explosion results, theunit is allowed to cool without opening the furnace doors.Once cooled, the unit is opened and examined for usabil-ity. The units locking mechanisms and parts fasteningsare examined for security and the interior examined forvisible evidence of undue heat transmission.

Fire Impact Test (Manufacturer’s Option)After the explosion hazard test the safe is removed fromthe furnace and within two minutes is dropped 30' onto ariprap of brick on a heavy concrete base. After impact theunit is examined for deformation, rupture of parts, dam-aged insulation and any other openings into the interior ofthe unit. Once cooled, the unit is inverted and reheated to1550°F for a period of 30 min. (2 hour test: 45 min. at1638°F).Once cooled, the unit is opened and examined for usabil-ity. The units locking mechanisms and parts fasteningsare examined for security and the interior examined forvisible evidence of undue heat transmission.

Electronic Time Lock Control DeviceThe Access Manager® is not a lock by itself, butan electronic time lock control device. When con-trolling the ESL-20 electronic lock, it allows theuser the capability of setting the system to theirspecific needs. The Access Manager® will control

The Versatile Moving SystemThe VMS is capable of many functions. It has the ability to climb a curb or a short set ofsteps and easily negotiate steep ramps, low doorways and high thresholds. The VMS canbreak-back a load easier than any other handtruck. Since the load always rolls on fourwheels it maintains perfect weight distribution and control during the move. The operatornever needs to hold or balance the VMS, eliminating the danger of dropping the load, there-fore providing protection to both the operator and the load. The unique padding system ofcast polyurethane will not mark or mar. Rugged powder coated finish. 9000 lb. capacity ratchet with 2” nylon web strap.Capacities up to 1800 lbs.
