Create Process Order with control Recipe Definition:- Process order will generate control recipe. Control contains process Instructions. While creating / Releasing the process order control recipe will be created. It can be created automatically or manually. We shall discuss the manual creation. Scenario:- Create process order and generate control recipe. Prerequisite:- Master Data – Master Recipe, Bill Of Material Menu Path:- Logistics Production process Process Order Create COR1 – With Material

Double Click COR1 Enter Material E.g TEST-FGPI-01 Enter Production Plant. E.g IND6 Enter Order type. E.g YA70 CLICK

ENTER ORDER QUANTITY ENTER START OR FINISH DATE ACCORDING TO THE SCHEDULING TYPE

LET’S TRY TO CREATE CONTROL RECIPE TO THIS ORER NOW FOLLOW THE MENU PATH FROM TOP OF THE SCREEN AS SHOWN BELOW.

CLICK CREATE FOR TEST IF ANY ERROR FOUND IT HAS TO BE CORRECTED. IN THIS EXAMPLE, IT IS CHEKCING FOR DATA FOR LONG TEXT.

LET’S CORRECT THE ERROR. CLICK SELECT THE PHASE 0011 BY CLICKING THE LEFT SIDE GREY BOX CLICK AT THE BOTTOM

Select Instruction number 0010 Click

Select the number 0010 Click to assign long text

Click Repeat the same above step for 0020 Click

Click three times to reach header screen of process order. Repeat the step to create control recipe in test mode. If control recipe is not created you will get a message to check in log.

Follow the menu path from the top of the screen as shown below to check log.

Click On PI generaion / ctrl recipe creation

Click in to look at all the messages

Click two times Let us create the control recipe now

Below screen shows how to solve if you get the error.

Value are to be assigned to characteristics 0040 and 0090 in phase 0011 in process instruction number 0000. Let’s go to process Instruction as explained above Click two times to reach header screen Click Operation in the top Select phase 0011 Click Select 0000 AREAD1 i.e second line where the correction of adding value is to be done. Click at the bottom

Maintain the value for characteristics 0040 and 0090 as shown above. Click till you reach the header screen. Try to create control recipe in test mode.

Control recipe created message will appear at the bottom. Now you can create in create mode by following the menu path from the top of the screen as shown below.

Click Create Click Friends, it is explained with lot of error correction so that it will help you to correct errors.
