KENNETH BAUCO, HEAD OF CAPITAL PROJECTS AND INFRASTRUCTURE GROUP
Mr. Bauco is responsible or designing and implementing the business, marketing, editorial and sales strategy or the Capital Projects and
Inrastructure div ision o Latin Markets; a div ision providing cross-platorm marketing and business development solutions to Latin America’s
leading inrastructure-ocused EPC’s, concessionaries, investors, government entities, and service & solution providers. He ocuses his time on
identiying, developing and delivering communications solutions or international and local investors, concessionaries and EPC’s across energy
transport, water, social, telecom and agriculture inrastructure in Latin America. Prior to joining LM, Mr. Bauco held management roles with
Business News Americas, errapinn and Euromoney. Mr. Bauco earned a B.A. in English rom Fordham University.
DANIEL PARA MATA, PROJECT MANAGER, CAPITAL PROJECTS AND INFRASTRUCTURE
Mr. Para is responsible or inrastructure summits management and sponsor relationships in Peru, Colombia, Panama, Mexico, Brazil & Chile
Prior to LM he was a operations special ist with Microsot in Madrid, Spain in the enterprise partners group. Mr. Para earned a BA degree in
Business Administration rom the Universidad Autonoma de Madrid. Additionally, Mr. Para is fuent in Spanish.
ANA ROMERO, CAPITAL PROJECTS AND INFRASTRUCTURE
Ms. Romero is responsible or production and development within the Capital Project and Inrastructure Group. Prior to Latin Markets, Ms.
Romero worked or a London-based Advisory specializing in large inrastructure projects in emerging economies. She has experience working
within the energy sector in Latin America and Venezuelan Embassies at the United Nations and the Vatican City in Rome. Additional ly, Ms.
Romero holds a First Class BSc with Honors in Politics with IR rom the University o Bath and a MSc in International Public Policy rom
University College London. Ms. Romero is fuent in both French and Spanish and conversational in Italian and Portuguese.
ADRI RUIZ, ASSOCIATE, CAPITAL PROJECTS & INFRASTRUCTURE GROUP
Ms. Ruiz is a Dominican national . Within the Capital Projects & Inrastructure Group, she is responsible or identiying business
opportunities and delivering business development solutions to a variety o senior-level inrastructure sector participants in Latin America.
Ms. Ruiz earned a Bachelors o Law rom Te Universidad Autonoma de Santo Domingo, and is fuent in Spanish.
FANG YANG
Ms. Yang is responsible or directing marketing and media relations. Prior to joining US Markets, she worked as a marketing intelligence as-
sociate at a global investor relations rm in New York. She earned a B.S. degree with honors in Finance and Marketing rom State University
o New York, College at Plattsburgh. Ms. Yang is fuent in Mandarin.
GISELI AKABOCI
Ms. Akaboci is a Brazilian national and is responsible or the rm’s operations and logistics coordination. Additionally, she ocuses her time on
roadshow development and investor relations. Prior to US Markets she held positions with Banco Nossa Cai xa, Santander Group and UNI-
