Definition

A Static identity is one that does not undergo change and remaining the same at the end as he or she at beginning.

Static identity is based on

• Qualification and awards

• Power and Position

• Past achievement

• Knowledge gained

A Dynamic identity is the one that does undergo an important change. Here changes in some sense within the character like changes in understanding, changes in commitment, changes in values.

Dynamic identity is based on

• The difference I can make to the world

• The responsibilities I carry

• My future potential for contribution

• My willingness to learn and grow
