Getting Access to the Ordering Portal

Once your site has been approved for setup and ordering, Color will send a confirmation email with a unique ID# and next steps.

Color will create an account based on your site’s unique ID# and send an email (from [email protected]) to the point of contact to confirm.

The email will contain your username and a link to confirm your account and change password. Once complete you can log in and submit an order for test kits.

Test Kits (two pack sizes)

The box contains 100 or 500 individual COVID-19 test kits, consisting of an individual specimen bag containing a takeaway card with a barcode label, a tube labeled with the same barcode number, a swab, and an absorbent pad.

Lab Return Box (two box sizes)

● 1 box with a UN3373 label containing 2 biohazard bags and a manifest sheet inside. This box will hold up to 100 or 200 individual test kits.

Backup Intake Forms

● These forms are used when the registration software or wifi is not available. 100 forms are included in the first shipment to each site. These sheets only need to be re-ordered if your site has used the initial supply.

manifest sheet inside. The bag will hold up to approximately 300 kits

● Select the Ship Method○ Standard shipping is Ground○ Only use “Arrival Date” if you want

your order to ship on a future date.● Place Order● All orders need to be approved by Color

before processing. ○ Orders need to be placed and

approved by 10:30am in order to be shipped out next day. Please place orders early to give yourself extra buffer time

● If your site runs out of kits and/or you would like to order additional kits, please place order regularly on the website. Re-orders will need to be approved by Color before processing.

● How many kits can I order?○ If you are placing your very first order for a site, you can request up to two (2) weeks +10% of your estimated weekly amount.

Orders going forward can only be one weeks worth at a time.

● What if we are testing more per week than when we first signed up?○ Please reach out to [email protected]. We will work with the appropriate parties if approved.

● Can multiple people have login accounts for a specific site?○ Only one point of contact can be used for account set up.

● Where are shipments coming from and how fast will I receive my order?○ Packages are being shipped from Fremont, CA. There are two main options for shipping;

■ Ground - takes 2-3 business days once shipped■ Overnight - one business day once shipped

● Note: not all regions offer overnight shipping and may default to ground

● How can I fix a mistake on my order?○ Please reach out to [email protected] and someone will be able to assist.

● I am locked out of my account, who can I contact for help reset my password?○ You can use the “Forgot Password” link to reset. If the issue persists, please reach out to [email protected]
