COVID-19 Testing Locations – as of June 1, 2020If you think you’ve been exposed to COVID‐19 and/or you develop a fever, cough, or have trouble breathing, contact your doctor or state health department. They will screen you based on CDC guidelines. If they issue a lab order for the test, Independence will cover the cost for testing.
The testing site information listed below was provided by the hospital/health system and does not represent all testing locations that are available in the area. We will continue to update the list as information is made available to us. Please note the following:
