16/06/2015.Hello, my name is Daniel Drinan and I am 22 years old and live on the Central Coast at Hamlyn Terrace.I have my full licence and my own transport.I am a very motivated, trustworthy and hardworking and I would love an opportunity to again work in the Sales and Marketing sector.I completed my HSC in 2010 and was accepted into Newcastle University where I Studied for a year in a Bachelor of Commerce Degree.

I was not enjoying this degree as much as I thought and decided to defer my degree.

At this time I was employed at JB HI Fi where I had started a part time job when I was in year 10. They offered me a full time position and promoted me to Head of the Car Stereo Department. .It was in this role that I realised I possessed a high level of communication skills with customers and was constantly praised by the public for my demeanor, enthusiasm ,friendliness and knowledge of all products. My duties involved meeting weekly and monthly budgets, ordering and stock control, liaising with sales representatives and all aspects of customer service.At the end of 2012 I made the decision to leave JB HI FI and follow my true passion, which is to establish myself in a fulfilling career where I can learn and be mentored.I had been fortunate to have been able to work in my familys business at Buck Engineering since I left JB HI FI, doing labouring work as well as IT support and customer service .

This has enabled me to actively seek employment in a field of work where I can showcase my strong passion and knowledge of Sales and Customer Service. Along with my interest in all areas of business and Information and Technology. I was fortunate to secure a position with Wiseberry Heritage Real Estate in November 2013, where I worked as a Bench Specialist and Sales Agent for 18 months. This was a challenging position but I enjoyed the hard work and the constant demands to better myself. I received extensive training in this role and I believe I can bring that knowledge into my next position.I have also worked in a locally based business where I worked in the IT department doing data entry and analysis .I have proven at school and at work that I have the ability to learn quickly, have a strong work ethic and am dedicated to approaching any task with enthusiasm and completing them on time and to a high standard..

I am a hardworking, honest, punctual and reliable individual and I am able to work independently as well as an active team member.

Throughout my studies at school I achieved High Distinctions in Computer Studies as well as Business Studies and I am proficient in Microsoft Applications as well as a broad knowledge of all areas of IT.I was chosen in year 12 to set up the schools new network of computers ,where I gained high praise.

I have a strong interest in all areas of Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Information and Technology and Business as I know this is where my future lies. I possess excellent computer skills, have a good phone manner and I am motivated and goal orientated and I am a team player.I thank you in advance for taking the time to read my resume and for any opportunity you may be able to offer me.
